Reiki is available as an online course from November 2009. Details of the online course will be available soon.

REIKI 1

This is a one day course 10am-5pm. Cost £50. Reiki means universal energy, energy is within us and all around us, Reiki helps us to become one with that energy. You will learn about the Reiki principles which are at the heart of Reiki. Teaching you that worry and anger are wasted emotions, they teach you to let go and surrender to the universal energy and trust that you can create your future, you have the power to create your own personal future with love. The teachings of Reiki are centred around love, compassion and appreciation.

You will recieve four attunements which will help raise your energy.

**In depth study of the anatomy and physiology of the chakras and how the chakras effect you physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

The Chakras which are pictured on the left are power currents of energy that are feeding your physical body with life. They are vortexes of energy (chakra actually means spinning wheel in sanskrit). The Chakras are an important element in healing and great knowledge and understanding of these seven chakras will enable you to grow as a person and also enable you to become a good healer with a great understanding of the human spirit.

Everything is energy, therefore enrgy has to flow within us and around us, when we experiance blocks within this energy, usually caused by emotional, mental or spiritual imbalance this blocks energy flow into our body which can cause disease or pain. Reiki helps this energy flow therefore can help heal you on every level of your human experiance.

Reiki was originally taught by Dr Mikao Usui in Japan

Dr Mikao Usui was born in August 1865 in the village of Yago, Japan. Dr Usui used to mediatate daily at a waterfall on Mount Kurama. One day whilst standing near the fountain he had a satori (a momment of enlightenment). This was when he discovered Reiki which changed his life forever. He taught Reiki to over 2000 japanese Students, he was also the founder of the Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakki (Usui Reiki Healing Method Society). It is amazing to think that his moment of enlightenment would effect the whole world! Reiki is becoming more and more popular and has changed thousands of peoples lives.

REIKI 2

Reiki 2 involves Reiki Ethics and codes of conduct. This is a two day course and it is very intense.10am - 5pm. Cost £100

The weekend involves:

**One attunement and one empowerment (as taught by the Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakki)

**Insight into Anatomy and Physiology

**The human energyfield and its many dimensions

**Advanced Anatomy and Physiology of the spirit and how the energyfield intergarates with the physical body.

** The hara-line and the tan tien in the dimension of intention.

**Aura Scanning

**Energy Sensing

**In depth study of the 3 symbols of healing

**Healing others and proffesional ethics

**Cleansing and healing rooms and enviroments

**Distance Healing

**Advanced Reiki Healing Techniques Hatsurei Ho, Gyoshi ho and Nentatsu ho.

** Awakening your healing gift and connecting to your higher self.

REIKI MASTER

This course is over two days and costs £180. Reiki Master is the final step to this trinity enlightenment technique. To end this Reiki journey of enlightenment you will understand that universal energy is within you and around you and always has been, you will have an understanding that the power of your intentions effects your life and you will learn how to break down your defences and surrender to the natural flow of life.
