Love indeed is the answer... thank you Vanessa for posting this article which I found uplifting as well as thought provoking .. I don't have any personal questions around wounds to heal but I do like to canvass ideas and thoughts from others. I find that spiritual themes can be fascinating in their variation and peoples experiences can be so different, so to this end I would welcome any insights into some of the my more abstract thoughts below. The article tells us how much of what we experience are reflections of ourselves and what we choose for ourselves. Do you feel that this is part of a plan or contract when we come into this incarnation to find where healing is needed or do you find our problems, ills and fears a deeper reflection of our thoughts, driven by an ego personality? Fears will inhibit soul growth that we desire so if we learn not to judge others or experiences we can find that connection within our heart in much the same way and save ourselves so much anger and negativity. Do you believe that we need to judge as part of the process required for healing and ultimately soul growth or is it a matter of consciousness? Much the same applies to relationships with others. Experiences whether good or bad will highlight where healing is required since it will cause emotion that will lead to a need to heal. It is the negative emotions such as anger or disappointment in others that needs to be healed but these can be caused from love when this is not reciprocated. So do you leave yourself unnecessarily vulnerable when you love others and should you just focus on loving yourself. If you only love yourself totally you may be more receptive to such disappointment and thus lessen the need for healing. The article mentions hurt coming from the past, is that in this incarnation or carried over from previous incarnations. If more people are healing and returning to love, thus connecting to their soul's joy and compassion, this will lead to a more universal higher consciousness and less healing of the self being required in each incarnation. Do you think that healing ourself and learning how we can heal others is part of a bigger picture of increased world consciousness. I can certainly resonate with the message conveyed and the connection of wholeness we feel from giving and receiving love with others who come into our life, as well as the ability to love yourself being a wonderful healer. As we reunite with the love energy within our heart centre we also increase our ability to heal others and attract relationships we need into our lives. I cannot but wonder whether there are there any lessons about love and how we love that we have still to learn ... what do you feel? In Peace, love and unity ..... Paul

Thankyou Paul for your post, I would like to answer one of your questions and later on the other questions you have posted.
You asked about life and wether we have chosen to experiance these experiances or is it our ego. The answer is both as the ego is a defence system that we guard ourselves with, it is our shield protecting us from hurt, so we react to things to protect ourselves but at the same time we have chosen to experiance everything so we can learn from those reactions, why r u protecting yourself from getting hurt? why do you have to look perfect? Why do you have to have the most expensive, the best etc (this is not aimed at you Paul lol just speaking in general terms)
Yes we have all chosen the experiances we live and will keep on doing so until we have learnt to love ourselves, others and the world fully. Feeling worthy of love and totally trusting love.
I will be writing another piece on our energy bodies and wht happens when we pass over and how the astral body stores the information ready for the next life, we experiance both sides to our own personal story of our journey of life.
